Production Time
Once each capsule closes, it will go into production immediately and take between 8-10 weeks to manufacture. We will ensure to keep you updated on the manufacturing process throughout that time and notify you when your item is ready.
Returns
Due to each item being made to order we cannot offer exchanges so please pay close attention to our size guide when selecting your size. Please do email us at hello@toracapsules.com if you have any questions before your purchase. If, however, you wish to return it we can offer you a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery.
